A Real-Life Success Story in Social Media for Dance Studios
| |During our 90-Day Social Media Success Challenge for Dance Studios, I’ve shared with you many tips on how to effectively launch a social media marketing campaign for your studio. For Day #14 in our 90-Day Social Media Success Challenge, I would like to highlight a dance studio in Chino, CA, who is using social media to promote their studio, and doing it right!
Nuevo School of Contemporary Dance launched just one year and a half ago, and I feel like I’ve gotten to know a lot about this wonderful dance studio since connecting with the studio’s founder, choreographer and dance educator, Francisco Gella. He is also a part of Coastal Dance Rage’s elite faculty. http://coastaldancerage.com
Strictly through social media, I’ve learned a lot about Nuevo School of Contemporary Dance. I’ve learned about their mission, their curriculum, where they compete, and I’ve even seen many compelling videos that showcase their students, and their performances. They are a great example of how maximizing social media marketing can have a tremendous and positive impact on your dance studio. Check out a wonderful video which showcases how they are “transforming dance education”.

hi! by any chance do you have any statistical or quantitative references of some sort to show that the usage of great videos for their promotion has really worked? Like any percentage increase in students for example that can be useful to substantiate this claim?
Really interested to know:)!
Hi MeiYin, I interviewed several dance studio owners who said that the use of videos, through social media, did increase their student enrollment, and the awareness of their dance studio in their local area. It wasn’t enough people in this specific case to create a statistical report. But we’re definitely looking into speaking with more dance studio owners in order to create an official report with statistical references. Thanks for your comment!
