Tonight on The Kiner Hour, Dance Educator, Maria Hanley. Maria is an independent dance educator in New York City. She holds a Master’s degree in Dance Education (2007) from New York University, where she learned about creative movement, and a Bachelor’s degree in Dance Performance from Slippery Rock University in Pennsylvania (2005). She is a huge advocate for early childhood dance education and shows that by educating young dancers 6 days a week!

Joanie is the founding director of Motivated Nutrition, a company focusing on the education and encouragement of an active lifestyle and nutrition awareness for kids and adults alike. She believes in everyone’s right to live an active, healthy lifestyle and enjoys educating others to obtain optimal wellness through movement, fun and nutrition!
Joanie holds a B.A in dance from Slippery Rock University and is a certified holistic health coach through the Institute of Integrated Nutrition. She is Board Certified through the American Association of Drugless Practioners (AADP), a certified Pilates instructor, TRX trainer, professional organizer and an all-around busy, motivated woman in New York City.
